Amherst Community Homes Grand Opening

On Wednesday, we celebrated the grand opening of 30 new affordable homes at Amherst Community Homes, and the families who will call this community home!

We were proud to welcome state leaders, trusted partners, Amherst community members, and homeowners to the site for a special celebration. We heard remarks from Senator Jo Comerford, State Representative Mindy Domb, MassHousing Vice President of Homeownership Programs Mounzer Aylouche, Amherst Town Manager Paul Bockelman, and our own Alexis Breiteneicher and Jessica Allan.

We’re grateful for the immense support of folks who champion the value of building strong communities through affordable housing. Thank you to everyone who helped make Amherst Community Homes possible: From those who helped bring these 30 new homes to life to the staff and partners who are supporting homeowners along the way.
