- Requires a 1-hour follow-up session by phone, Zoom, or in person with one of our HUD-certified Housing Counselors
- Offered in English and Spanish
- $75 per household

We also offer Post-Purchase Workshops twice a year during the spring and fall. The workshop is free but you need to register and space is limited.
