Our live First-Time Homebuyers Webinar series is a fantastic way to prepare for buying a home in Massachusetts and learn about the homebuying process.
- Live CHAPA-approved webinars in April, June, August, and October so you can join from any location
- Learn from local professionals about what to expect during the process, topics include: mortgages, home inspections, insurance, and fair housing law
- The webinars are open to everyone, regardless of where you live or work
- The homeownership education webinars are offered in English
- $75 to register for up to two people who live in the same household

If our First-Time Home Buyer webinar dates don’t work for you, we also offer a go-at-your-own-pace First-Time Home Buyers Education Course created by Framework.
- HUD-Approved First-Time Homebuyer course
- Complete the lessons and get tips on the process anytime, on your own time
- Requires a 1-hour follow-up session by phone, Zoom, or in person with one of our HUD-certified Housing Counselors
- Offered in English and Spanish
- $75 per household

We also offer Post-Purchase Workshops twice a year during the spring and fall. The workshop is free but you need to register and space is limited. You will get expert advice from industry professionals on reducing your energy costs, seasonal maintenance for your home, and how to protect your investment in tough times.
