NORTHAMPTON — Developers plan 92 apartments and 2,500 square feet of commercial space at the former probate court and Registry of Deeds property 33 King St.

Mayor Gina-Louise Sciarra announced a deal this week with Community Builders Inc. and Valley Community Development.
