Practical guidance
and hands-on support
While you’re doing everything it takes to keep your business moving, bookkeeping often becomes one more demanding task on an already full plate. Staying on top of your finances, however, is critical to understanding how your business is really performing. Bookkeeping is more than just tracking numbers, it tells you your business’s financial story!
Valley’s free Bookkeeping Program helps small business owners build confidence and clarity around their financial systems. Through practical guidance, hands-on support, and accessible tools, we help you create financial processes that are manageable and tailored to your business.
Education
We provide one-on-one setup and training on bookkeeping basics, including guidance on connecting accounts and understanding the flow of transactions. We also walk through financial reports and explain how they help measure the viability and health of your business.
Tools
We help set up bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Online or Wave, tailoring each system to the individual needs of the business owner and their operations.
Support
Participants gain access to experienced bookkeepers who can answer questions, troubleshoot challenges, and provide ongoing guidance as systems are put into practice.
Program Goal: Our Bookkeeping Program is designed to help business owners learn the bookkeeping fundamentals while building systems they can manage confidently and independently.
Program Outline
The structure and timeline of the Bookkeeping Program is tailored to each business’s unique needs. During our initial meeting, we work with business owners to assess current bookkeeping practices, identify pain points, and determine goals for improvement. From there, the program outline and outcomes are customized to fit your business, learning pace, and schedule.
While the average program length is approximately four months, some businesses may require additional time and support, while others may move through the program more quickly depending on their needs and existing systems.
