Overcoming Homeowner Insurance Barriers Grant Program

Have you lost your homeowners’ insurance due to repair issues? Or are critical home repairs putting your insurability at risk?

The Overcoming Homeowner Insurance Barriers Grant Program provides grants of up to $15,000 to low- and moderate-income homeowners for essential repairs required by insurance companies to secure or restore coverage.

In partnership with TD Bank’s commitment to preserving homeownership, this initiative helps support long-term housing stability.

**Eligibility Required
At minimum, you have to show proof of potential or current loss of homeowner insurance and be low-to-moderate income per FY25 HUD income levels.
